Anna Pauline Satterfield
Anna Pauline Satterfield began her study of dance at Riverside Community College at the age of 20. After receiving her A.A. degree with an emphasis in ballet and modern dance, she transferred to Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA to continue intensive dance training. While at Cornish, Anna had the opportunity to train with some of the finest instructors in the nation as well as choreographers such as Joe Goode, Mark Morris and Denise Vale amongst others. Anna moved to Reno in 1997. Since then, Anna has performed group and solo work with Wing & A Prayer Dance Company, Area -51 Dance Theatre, L. Martina Young, Diane Rugg, Gina Hill, TMCC and UNR dance programs. Her choreography and teaching experience include projects for WNP, Area-51 Dance Theatre, AVA Ballet, Perpetual Motion Dance Studio in Elko, NV and the UNR Dance Program. Anna majored in Journalism at UNR and holds a minor in Dance; she presently works as Agency Coordinator for Fuze in Sparks, NV.
